Refund policy

No Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

All the products are final sale, we don't do returns, exchanges, and refunds if you change your mind.

Within 7 days of receipt of delivery, if you found any product defective, we would like to offer a refund. And you don't need to return the product(s).

Please email support@thefuncandles.com and provide your full name, order number, a clear video of the defective product(s), and the reason for your refund. We'd be happy to assist you.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is confirmed please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.
