Shipping policy

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We deliver to nearly all countries!

If we cannot deliver to your country after you place the order, we will contact you to cancel your order and refund your payment.

  

What are your shipping costs?

 We charge USD$18/kg or 2.2lb for all products.

If your products are less the 1kg or 2.2lb, we still charge $18 for shipping.

If you decide to buy more than 10kg of waxes or other products. We suggest using sea shipping to save costs.

Please contact us for large orders at support@thefuncandles.com. We will quote the sea shipping price for you!

 

What is your processing time on orders?

About 5-7 business days before shipping.

Once your order is placed, there are 1-2 days for our warehouse staff to prepare your order. Then deliver your package(s) to the international shipping company, in about 1-3 days. In the shipping company's warehouse, they need 1-2 days to send out your package(s).

At this point, you can start tracking the order.


When will I receive my order?

Your order will arrive in about 2-3 weeks.

Processing time: 5-7 business days.

Delivery time: 10-14 business days.

 

How to track my order?

The tracking info will be available within 5-7 days after you place the order.

In about 2-3 days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order is left our warehouse. However, at this moment, you cannot track the order. Because the package is heading to the international shipping company. In about 4-6 days, the tracking info will be provided by the international shipping company. And you can start tracking now.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

  

If I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

No tracking information: If your order still hasn’t been delivered within 8 days, which means the 8th day after you placed the order, and you didn't receive any email about shipping confirmation and didn't receive the tracking number. Please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

Missing packages: if you received the tracking number, but the items didn't arrive after 30 days. Please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

The investigations can take up to 10 business days.

Can I use my carrier in China to deliver my order?

Yes! Our warehouse is at:

You can ask your carrier to pick it up at our warehouse or we can arrange delivery to your carrier's warehouse (may charge a fee depending on distance).
